A track you love to hear on a sunny morning…
The most unusual thing I have ever eaten…
Not unusual, but I just tried them once and I hate the taste: oysters
The dish that reminds me of my childhood…
Cannelloni
Who taught you to cook?
Nobody. Before going plant-based I didn’t like to cook as much as I do now. Veganism forces you to learn.
Your favourite 3 restaurants in your home city…(Barcelona)
Xavier Pellicer
The Green Spot
Teresa Carles
Maybe not the coolest in town, but with these three you have many fresh healthy vegan options!
Some of the other restaurants from around the world you love…
The ones I loved are not vegan!!
A DJ or musician that has surprised you with their cooking skills at home/their home…what did they cook..
Dubfire has always been an inspiration to me, not for cooking skills (I still have to try one of his dishes) but his knowledge about food and restaurants
Your guilty pleasure food…. You know you shouldn’t, but you always do…
Bread. My family owned a bakery… so I ate a lot of bread in my childhood. I know it’s not healthy, so I don’t eat it daily
What is your signature dish?
Homemade vegan pizza
If you could have a master-class with a celebrity chef, who’d you pick and why?
Anyone who chooses compassion over taste. Vegan food can be delicious, you don’t need to harm to get a tasty dish
Dead or alive – 3 famous people you would invite around for dinner…
I never have had idols, but a dinner along Obama, Bill Gates and Gerard Piqué would be very interesting
A dish you have yet to master…
Vegan paella
Your perfect breakfast would be…
Any breakfast with banana is just perfect
Your favourite pizza topping ….
Hummus. Not as topping but for the base along tomato
Your biggest ever food mistake…
Not becoming vegan earlier
A dish you just cannot eat…
Anything with animal products
You get in from the club pissed, dive in the fridge and usually come out with…?
Bananas or peanut butter with soy milk
The most expensive meal you have ever had?
I once went to a 2 Michelin star fancy restaurant that wasn’t worth it. I spent around 400+ euros! Never again
Ibiza…
I became vegan 30 months ago, so just over 2 years now. My sound during this period has changed a lot, but Ibiza’s vibe has changed too, so I haven’t visited the island too much lately. I need to discover cool healthy vegan spots for sure…
My favourite restaurants on the island…
Not the coolest nor the best but I always liked Passion. Mostly at the beginning, where healthy fast food options were not that common in Ibiza
The best sunset spot for a cold drink…
Benirras
A record that always reminds you of Ibiza…
Your favourite Ibiza dish …
I always loved the alioli with olives
The perfect 24 hours in Ibiza would be…
A villa with friends and music…
