k For falafel and mezze k
Ingredients (for 18 portions)
3 garlic clove, crushed
1 1/2 cucumber grated
300ml thick Greek yoghurt
3 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
3 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch salt
Method
Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir well to combine. This recipe is for the falafel and the mezze platter.
