Based on your preferences, I have selected this delicious and colourful bespoke menu that I think will work well with the large numbers and tastes of your guests (they are also my Love Food Ibiza favourites!).

Cava poached full-sides of salmon with minted labneh, sprouted mung beans, pistachio and pomegranates

Rainbow ‘slaw: red cabbage, mixed peppers, red onion, carrot, toasted seeds

Aubergines with chipotle Romesco, ceviche pink pickles, black beans

Beetroot, feta, spelt, chickpea salad with toasted hazelnuts

Turmeric orzo with quinoa, kombucha soaked sultanas, sweetcorn and yellow nasturtium flowers

Artisan bread selection with soy butter

Here I have calculated some price options for you to choose from…

Option 1 – without the mini burgers and no desserts = 5,100 euros (60 euros per head for 85 guests)

Option 2 – with burgers for the meat eaters and the two desserts = 6,290 euros (74 euros per head for 85 guests)

There will be an additional fee of 200 euros for an assistant chef for 6 hours to help me on the day.

As discussed, you kindly suggested you have two helpers to assist me with the service.
