My father was vegetarian and my mother always ate extremely healthy. But sometimes to make the kids happy she cooked Chicken Milanese, wow that was a highlight for us!
You lived in Italy and also spent time in Munich…what were your favourite dishes from those places?
I have many favorite German dishes, but the one I am crazy for is Bayerischer Spanferkel which is a traditional pork dish with a dark beer sauce. In Italy just something simple such as a pasta bolognese.

On a Thursday I would have lunch at Es Torrent or El Chiringuito and afterwards chill on the beach until around 6pm. Then go to Destino for a warm up dance and later to Lio for Be Crazy…perfect.
