Ingredients (serves 10)
500g organic porridge oats
2 tablespoon chia seeds
4 tablespoons desiccated coconut
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
500ml oat milk
500ml coconut milk
4 drops almond extract
Toppings
Home made lemon curd
Blueberries cut in half
Rose geranium
Mint
Crocante
Method
1. Just mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir in the non dairy milk. Place into the fridge overnight.
2. Check consistency, if too thick add more milk.
3. Top with lemon curd, blueberries and a fresh flower.
